Build whatever you like on the data. Do not become a second source of it, and do not make the service worse for anyone else.
Powering a website, an app, a model, a spreadsheet or a research paper.
Caching aggressively. Storing everything you fetch. Backfilling at your plan rate.
Showing the data to your own users, including commercially.
Running several free accounts to avoid a paid plan.
Sharing one key across organisations, or reselling access to it.
Republishing the archive in bulk as a feed others can consume instead of ours.
Deliberately hammering an endpoint past its limits after receiving 429s.
Do not present this data as official form, and do not imply an association with any racing authority, since there is none.
Do not use it to harass, profile or make claims about individual jockeys, trainers or owners. The statistics describe results, not people.
We contact you first. Restricting an account without a conversation is a last resort and only for something deliberate or damaging.
If any of this is unclear, ask rather than guessing: support. A policy nobody understands protects nobody.
